By accessing or using ProposalAI Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ProposalAI Pro is a browser-based tool that uses the Google Gemini API to generate client proposal documents. All AI processing is handled through a secure server proxy — your prompts are sent to Google AI Studio (Gemini) and responses are returned to your browser.
All proposal data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to any server other than through this app's secure proxy. Your prompts are processed via Google AI Studio (Gemini) on the server — your API key is never exposed to the browser.
You agree not to use the App to generate proposals that are fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive clients. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of proposals generated and sent to your clients.
The App's design, code, and interface are proprietary. Proposals generated using the App belong to you — you own all output you create with ProposalAI Pro. The AI-generated text is produced by Google's Gemini AI model; please also review Google's usage policies at ai.google.dev/terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated proposals will result in won contracts. AI output may contain errors — always review proposals before sending to clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits or lost contracts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted on our website.

ProposalAI Pro is designed with privacy first. We do not operate any server. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your data. This is not a policy statement — it is an architectural fact. The App is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your browser.
We do not collect: your name, email address, agency name, client names, proposal content, API keys, usage statistics, IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, or any other personal information.
The following information is stored only in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device except where explicitly noted:
You can clear all stored data at any time by going to Settings → Clear all data, or by clearing your browser's localStorage.
Google AI (Gemini): When you generate a proposal, your prompt (agency name, client name, project details, pain points) is sent from this app's server proxy to Google AI Studio's Gemini API. This data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it at ai.google.dev.
Google Fonts: The App loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This constitutes a standard web request that Google may log per their own privacy policy.
The App is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. To remove your data, simply clear your browser's localStorage. Your data is entirely under your control.
If we introduce any data collection in future versions, we will update this policy and notify users prominently before any change takes effect.
